Life Cycle

I have been trying to define some key concepts to work with through my brainstorming processes. I have cut it down to some key words and concepts to work with in a 'working title' - and to develop further into my ideas.

LIFE CYCLE

Everything has a life cycle.
We are born, we live we die.
Things are made and discarded.

Looking into the fundamental principles of nature, it is a continuous cycle, everything goes in circles and is recycled.

The Vernacular structures of the indigenous were structures built from the available natural materials surrounding them, once they were finished they were recycled back into the environment without impact.

Every material object in society originated from somewhere. The materials, the process, the consumption, the discarding, the waste. These steps have impact on the environment.

The life cycles within our materialistic lives. We as consumers often do not know where our things have come from, where the material has come from, the processes it has been through. We then replace or get rid of things as we have more options to buy a better version, there is to much option, things are not built to last and therefore get discarded and often disposed of in a way that affects the environment to a huge extent.

I would like to explore the many cyclic processes that surround these ideas as well as within our society and use these are a basis for my design.
